Taiichiro Kun, a special red sea bream from Ehime, was raised in the perfect environment of the scenic rias coast of Uwajima, at the southern tip of Shikoku, where the branching currents of the Kuroshio Current flow in.With a special proprietary blend of bait and thorough production control, these sea breams are beyond the realm of cultured fish and have a rich flavor with no odor.
